Rookie (10 Referrals)


At Rookie participants join the Empower & Earn journey by successfully referring 10 individuals. This tier is designed to reward initiative and build momentum. Participants at Tier 1 may receive a starter incentive, such as exclusive access to training resources, branded merchandise, or a small bonus to celebrate their efforts and encourage continued growth.

All-Star Level (25 Referrals)


Achieving 25 referrals unlocks All-Star Level, where participants demonstrate commitment and a growing network. MVP (40 Referrals)
